The hotel is sublime!

The hotel is sublime! The staff friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is great. I recommend the place and hope future visitors will have the same experience! I am glad I choose this place. It is not said in my booking but they have a private parking which is great. Don’t hesitate to order something to eat as the food is quality!

Excellent stay with all needed facilities, cooperative staff.

Calm and quiet environment, clean rooms, have all needed facilities. Located nearby restaurants all sorts and taste, all in 5 minutes walk distance.

Sometimes it feels that heating in the room is more than needed and humidity with congestion is felt. I used to open a small part of the window. But I feel there should be continuous exhaust and fresh air entry. Off course, exhaust system was working but sometimes congestion felt. It has to be sorted out.

Peaceful clean hotel in Amman

Breakfast was great, staff was helpful. Location was diffucult for some taxi drivers to find. Otherwise very quiet location in hectic Amman.Room was large and clean.

Ehhh, u can find better places in the same price range

The room was descent, roomy enough. The bathroom was clean and the water heater worked just fine. They offered a plate of fruits and a bottle of water and coffee. My experience was somewhat good enough.

The cleanness of the room wasn’t that good, we found two cockroaches and had to kill them on site commando style, the heater in the room didn’t work for s***, we froze our brains out, the refrigerator smelled like pickles and that’s all.

Hummus at hotel was nice.

Hummus at hotel was nice. They also gave us complimentary water and some cake when we first checked in. The room was large and located close to a bunch of restaurants and fast food.

The breakfast gets served a bit late in the day. So we had to find food from elsewhere which was a bit inconvenient. Also there are no non smoking rooms (just the way Jordan is) so everything smelled of smoke in the end.

The Hotel can be more cheaper when you compare price/performance

Room and bedroom was big. Internet and wi-fi was working very good.

Night time, bath water is cold. Breakfast can have more fresh foods. Coffee quality can be better. Bellboy insisting too much to carry baggage. Upon arrival, he brings food and fruits to your room, kindly expecting a tip. Price can be more lower, when you think about the extra city taxes.

* The toilet wasn't clean, the sink had dirt in it, as well as the shower box. * Many of the light pulps wasn't working. * The room does have an extremely poorly designed window, although its a fifth floor you feel yourself as if you are in basement, the amount of dirt on the window make it even harder to see outside :( ! * My reservation was for one night, however i didn't stay for the night and checked-out at 11:45 PM as i felt disgusted to sleep at the bed, the pillow was NOT clean.

Good arabic experience

Had a nice stay. Suites are well equipped and huge; suitable for passengers willing to stay long periods. Staff is friendly and attentive. Internet works well. Breakfast has a wide range of options albeit not really healthy options.

Gym located in the basement and not really well maintained. No lamps on the tables next to the beds. Had to use my IPhone as a lantern to go back to bed after switching off the lights.
